Returns & Refund Policy – Vitalis Core

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Vitalis Core. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

🥇 1) ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products (food and nutritional powders), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product is in resellable condition

👉 Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

🥈 2) DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order details
  • clear photos of the product

We will arrange:

✔ a replacement
OR
✔ a refund

🥉 3) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened or used products
  • products not in original condition
  • items returned after 7 days

💰 4) REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

🚚 5) RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

👉 If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the cost.
